Bring your lessons into Notion.
A CSV import creates a database. The first column, Name, is your lesson title.
- Download your playlist CSV.
Review the lesson count and any partial-result notice before downloading. Use Notion on desktop or web to import.
- Import it as a database.
In Notion, go to Settings → Import → CSV, or type /csv on a page. Upload the file. Map Name to the title property, Lesson and Minutes to Number, Video URL to URL, and Notes to Text.
- Make it your tracker.
Set Status to a Select or Status property with Not started, In progress and Done. Set Completed on to Date. Sort Lesson ascending, then add a board grouped by Status and a view filtered to items that aren't Done.
Imports add new rows; they don't update previous lessons. Avoid re-importing the same CSV into a tracker you've already started. CSV files do not include saved views or formulas. Notion's import instructions ↗
Which playlists work?
Public YouTube playlists and video links containing a playlist ID. Private playlists, Watch Later and Liked Videos require account access and aren't supported here.
Will it include every video?
The free tool retrieves one source page, capped at 200 entries. Larger playlists may be partial. Deleted or inaccessible videos may be missing. The preview and CSV show the same retrieved lessons, with original ordering.
Is this a live Notion integration?
This is a file export. You choose when to import and configure your database in Notion. FetchGoblin doesn't connect to your Notion or YouTube account. The CSV also opens in Excel and Google Sheets.
The playlist ID is sent to our data provider. Results may be cached for up to 24 hours. Downloads are generated in your browser. Privacy details
