Service & eligibility
FetchGoblin provides access to publicly available online information through API endpoints. You must have authority to enter this agreement for yourself or your organization. You are responsible for your use of retrieved information and for complying with applicable law, platform requirements, and third-party rights.
Your account & API keys
Keep your sign-in and API keys secure. API keys are intended for servers and must not be embedded in public websites or mobile clients. All keys in your account share its credit balance. Revoke exposed keys immediately. You are responsible for requests authenticated with your active keys.
Prepaid credits & billing
Each verified account receives 50 promotional starter credits once, without a payment card. Temporary email addresses cannot create an account. Additional sign-in methods and password resets do not create another trial grant. Promotional credits have no cash value.
Credit packages start at $5 USD. The checkout shows the amount, allocated credits, applicable discount, and any taxes before payment. Credits are added after payment is verified. Credits do not expire during the service’s operation. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and do not earn interest. There is no subscription or automatic top-up.
Endpoint costs and optional higher-cost features are shown in the API reference. A request reserves its maximum configured cost before execution, then settles the actual charge when available. Unused reservations and failed requests are released. Supported cache hits cost zero credits. Future package prices and endpoint costs may change; completed purchases retain their purchased credit quantity.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access private or restricted information, evade access controls, collect secrets, compromise systems, harass people, facilitate discrimination, infringe intellectual property, or violate applicable privacy requirements. Do not attempt to overload or interfere with FetchGoblin. You must have a lawful purpose and a lawful basis where required for processing personal information.
Availability & source changes
Source platforms and providers may change data, rate limits, or availability without notice. Results can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Verify information before relying on it. We may pause endpoints to prevent incorrect billing, address security issues, or respond to source changes. No uptime guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.
Suspension, refunds & closure
We may restrict access for abuse, security concerns, unpaid balances, or payment disputes. Refunds reverse the corresponding purchased credits; disputed payments may suspend API access while they are resolved. Our refund policy describes requests for unused credits. If the service is permanently discontinued, we will provide notice and a process to resolve unused paid credits.
Responsibility & liability
The service is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect losses to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any liability limits or warranty exclusions apply only where lawful and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights, fraud liability, or other non-excludable obligations.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be communicated through the website or account contact before taking effect where required. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about unused paid credits.
